During my second day in Copenhagen, I rode the train to Hillerod to see
Frederiksborg Castle. An interesting thing about riding around in Denmark is that because so many people take public transit, there is lots of room to take carriages and strollers on buses and trains. |

The Frederiksborg Castle is a royal castle that was built in the 16th and
early 17th centuries. Above is a view of the castle with the formal gardens in the foreground. In the castle is the coronation chapel for Danish kings. |
